- You can cancel your Sugar Panic Pro subscription at any time. Go to your device Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → Sugar Panic → Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
- If you’ve previously subscribed and need to restore your purchase on a new device, open Sugar Panic → go to Settings → tap ‘Restore purchases’. Your subscription will be restored automatically.

- Sugar Panic uses AI to analyze your cravings and suggest healthier alternatives. When you describe a craving, our AI generates personalized swap suggestions based on what you’re craving and why. The AI Sugar Buddy chat coach can also help you identify triggers and develop coping strategies. Your conversations are processed securely and are not used to train AI models.
- Try these steps: 1) Make sure you have the latest version of Sugar Panic installed. 2) Check your internet connection — AI features require connectivity. 3) Force close and reopen the app. 4) Restart your device.
