We're sorry to see you go
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email)
- Sugar intake logs and craving history
- Quiz progress and streak data
- AI chat conversation history
- Subscription information (note: your subscription must be cancelled separately)
- All synced data from our servers
What Is NOT Deleted
- Anonymous analytics data that has already been collected and cannot be linked back to you
- Data stored locally on your device (you can clear this by uninstalling the app)
Delete From the App
You can request account deletion directly in the app. Open Sugar Panic → go to Settings → look for the account deletion option. This will remove your account and all associated data from our servers.
Request Deletion by Email
You can also request account deletion by emailing us at support@sugarpanic.app with the subject line “Delete My Account”. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your data.
Timeline
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
Important — Cancel Your Subscription First
Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription before requesting account deletion: Go to device Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → Sugar Panic → Cancel Subscription.
